Privacy policy

Questions about these terms?[email protected]

1. What we collect

Your email address, your handle, your profile photo if you upload one, and the content you create in the app: tasks, blocks, habits, goals, calendar events, important dates, subscriptions, money sources, rules and balances. We also keep basic device and usage data to keep the app working and secure.

2. What we never do

We never sell your data. We never show ads. Friends never see your money, subscriptions, task names, calendar or dates. A post carries only your caption and a few totals: how many tasks you finished, your habit percentage, a streak or a goal.

3. Where data lives

Your data is stored on servers in the European Union and encrypted in transit and at rest. Session tokens are stored only as hashes.

4. Profile photos

Photos you upload are decoded and re-encoded on our server. All metadata, including EXIF and GPS location, is stripped before the image is stored. We keep a 512 pixel and a 128 pixel version and delete the old files when you replace or remove a photo.

5. Calendar sync

When you connect Google or Apple Calendar we read events only to show them in Quorday. You can disconnect at any time.

6. Processors we use

Payments by Apple and Stripe, email by Resend, error tracking by Sentry. Each one gets only what it needs.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you can access, export, correct or delete your data. Export and account deletion are one tap in Settings, and deletion removes every row we hold for you.

8. Contact

Write to [email protected].
